NEW - REGISTRATION
Registration is now all On-Line with the use of a credit card or an electronic check. A registration fee of $25 per class and per child is included in the price of each class. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
ENROLLMENT
Registration will be on a rolling basis and will continue until a class reaches its maximum enrollment. No official confirmations will be sent. Please report to the first class meeting unless otherwise notified.
CLASS SCHEDULE
With the exception of camps, ASAP classes are only held when school is in session for a full day. Please consult the brochure schedule to determine specific class meeting times and days.
NEW - WITHDRAWALS
A full refund, minus the $25 Registration fee per class, per child, will be granted for withdrawal requests submitted in writing to ASAP prior to the second meeting. No refunds will be granted for requests made after the start of the second meeting.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
As classes will run the full length of each session, there will be no make-up classes unless deemed necessary by the instructor. An individual class may cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be posted at www.ASAP4Kids.com
CANCELLATIONS
A class may be cancelled in its entirety due to lack of enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be granted to all participants including the registration fee.
CLASS PICK-UP
Parents must pick up children in ASAP classrooms. No child will be permitted to wait outside for a ride. Children will be released only to authorized guardians. Written notification must be provided if alternate arrangements are made, including if a child is permitted to walk home. Please respect the commitments of our Instructors and arrive promptly for pick-up.
LATE FEES
Ten minutes after the end of each class is considered late. Children waiting for late parents will be supervised in the gym if available. Unfortunately ASAP must enforce a late policy to protect the interests of our instructors. Children picked up late more than 2 times in any given semester from any ASAP class or classes will be charged a late fee of $25.00 per day, regardless of the amount of time the parent or guardian is late for pickup.
IMPORTANT - RESPONSIBILITIES
All ASAP participants are required to conform to all school policies and community standards currently in effect. Disregard for ASAP policy or school policy and/or standards may result in a child's removal from ASAP classes either on a temporary basis or a permanant basis as determined by the ASAP representative. Minor infractions may result in a "warning" to both the child and the parent. Each warning is considered a "strike". Three "strikes" is cause for removal from the ASAP class.
NEW - FINANCIAL AID SCHOLARSHIPS
ASAP 4 Kids is pleased to offer full assistance to families determined to have financial need. Please make note on your registration form under payment. All registration fees are the responsibility of the applicant and are not covered by financial aid.
ALLOWANCES
ASAP does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, nationality, gender, orientation, ethnic origin, or religious beliefs, in its admissions, financial aid, or any policies governing its program.
EMERGENCIES
General BB&N policies will be in effect. Please ensure that your emergency contact information is current and complete.
MEDICAL CONCERNS OR ISSUES
Any/all medical issues regarding your child must be brought to the attention of ASAP prior to enrollment in any class. All concerns and information must be in writing.
